About Flow-Logic
Computing resources built from classroom teaching practice
Flow-Logic was created to make programming logic easier to see, discuss and practise. It gives students interactive real-world models where flowcharts control inputs, outputs, decisions, variables and loops.
The aim is simple: help learners understand sequence, selection, conditionals, branching, iteration and repetition before code syntax becomes the main obstacle.
Why it exists
- Students often need concrete systems before abstract algorithms fully make sense.
- Teachers need activities that are quick to start, easy to demonstrate and meaningful to assess.

What schools use it for
Flow-Logic can support lesson starters, live modelling, independent practice, intervention, clubs, homework and GCSE algorithm preparation. The model library covers classroom scenarios such as crossings, rides, smart homes, greenhouses, EV charging, train barriers, pet feeders and car park systems.
