By accessing or using the Flow-Logic website and application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the application.
Flow-Logic is a web-based educational tool that allows users to create and simulate flowcharts.
You agree to use Flow-Logic only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access.
You are responsible for the content of any flowchart files you create, upload, or download. Flow-Logic does not provide guarantees that files will be preserved, and you should keep backups of important work.
Flow-Logic project files are saved and loaded locally as .flow files. You are responsible
for storing backups of any files you download and for following your organisation's file-management policies.
Paid licences are purchased through Stripe Checkout. To place an order, you must provide accurate checkout details, including your name, work email, school/organisation username, organisation website link, school public IP address, and school type. Flow-Logic generates the initial model access password and teacher admin panel password for automated setup after payment. You confirm you are authorised to provide this information for your site.
Stripe is the payment processor for Flow-Logic purchases. Payment card details are processed by Stripe, not by Flow-Logic. Stripe sends payment receipts/invoices to the checkout email address and includes tax/VAT information where Stripe Tax applies.
Checkout completion confirms payment and records the order for review. Licence activation for the submitted school IP address happens after admin approval. Licensed pages are protected by both an authorised public IP and a valid access password, except where an administrator-configured master password is used.
Flow-Logic may log unusual access patterns and show quiet school/session watermarks on licensed model pages to help protect the licence and trace leaked screenshots or copied pages.
Paid school licences include a Teacher Admin Panel for authorised staff. Teachers can reset the model access password, change their teacher panel password, update the registered school IP address within the permitted yearly limit, create 12-hour home access passwords for teacher planning, and view model tasks and solution passwords.
If your registered school IP address is incorrect or changes later, you must submit an IP correction request using the website form or Teacher Admin Panel. Requests may be reviewed by admin, and teacher-submitted IP changes are limited to prevent abuse.
You are responsible for keeping your access password secure and sharing it only with authorised staff. Do not reuse sensitive passwords from other systems for Flow-Logic access.
Flow-Logic is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that the service will always be available.
A one-time payment means a single payment for lifetime access to the purchased Flow-Logic licence for that site. This is intended to guarantee access for life. If Flow-Logic is planned to close because the company stops trading, we will provide at least six (6) months’ notice of permanent site closure. Following that notice, the Flow-Logic codebase will be made available to existing customers so they can host it themselves.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow-Logic and its developers are not liable for any loss of data, loss of work, service interruption, or damages arising from your use of the application.
We may update or modify Flow-Logic (or any part of it) at any time. Any permanent closure of the site is subject to the notice commitment in the “One-Time Payment and Lifetime Access” section above.
These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of Flow-Logic after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please use the online contact form.
