How licensing works

The licence is per physical site. If a trust/MAT has multiple schools, each school campus is a separate site.

This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Schools do not need to renew every year to keep using the purchased site licence.

After Payment

After successful Stripe payment, the order is recorded for admin review. Once approved, the registered school IP is activated for model pages and the Teacher Admin Panel account is created.

The confirmation email is sent to the work email above after approval, with the login page, model access password, teacher admin panel details, registered IP, and Stripe payment ID.

Stripe also sends the payment receipt/invoice to the work email used for checkout (including VAT where Stripe Tax applies).

If the school IP changes or was entered incorrectly, use the IP correction form.

Licence protection

  • ✅ Unusual access patterns are logged so licence misuse can be reviewed.
  • ✅ Licensed model pages include a quiet school/session watermark so leaked screenshots or copied pages can be traced.

Passwords are generated during checkout and emailed to the work email above after the purchase is reviewed and approved. Teachers can reset the model access password and change their Teacher Admin Panel password later from the Teacher Admin Panel.
