Simple one-time licensing for schools and learning centres. No subscriptions, no annual renewals.
Pay once for the licensed school site. There are no monthly charges, no annual subscription renewals, and no recurring payment to budget for next year.
Covers staff and learners at a single school/college campus.
Use for classroom delivery, clubs, interventions, and homework.
One payment covers the site licence. No rolling contract or yearly renewal.
The licence is per physical site. If a trust/MAT has multiple schools, each school campus is a separate site.
This is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Schools do not need to renew every year to keep using the purchased site licence.
You can read the full licence text here: Single Site Licence (EULA).
After successful Stripe payment, the order is recorded for admin review. Once approved, the registered school IP is activated for model pages and the Teacher Admin Panel account is created.
The confirmation email is sent to the work email above after approval, with the login page, model access password, teacher admin panel details, registered IP, and Stripe payment ID.
Stripe also sends the payment receipt/invoice to the work email used for checkout (including VAT where Stripe Tax applies).
If the school IP changes or was entered incorrectly, use the IP correction form.
Access to licensed pages is linked to the public IP address used for your order.
Flow-Logic is not a subscription. Your school pays once for the site licence shown below, with no automatic renewal and no recurring card payment.
Each school licence includes a teacher admin panel. The checkout confirmation email includes the teacher admin panel login details.
Reset the model access password when staff or students need an updated login.
Change the Teacher Admin Panel password from inside the panel.
Update the authorised public IP up to 3 times per calendar year.
Create 12-hour non-IP-locked passwords for teacher planning from home.
Access all model tasks and solution passwords for classroom preparation.
Unusual access patterns are logged for licence and security review.
Licensed model pages quietly show school/session details to help trace copied pages or screenshots.
